Keep Fit for Fun with Julia 




The low impact aerobic and stretching exercises are

great for improving flexibility, balance and strength, and

is a fantastic way to get together with other people, keep

fit and have fun whilst doing it!

The exercises are safe, enjoyable, effective and

accessible to everyone whatever their age or

ability and can be done seated or standing.


These sessions are open to both male and female
